Osteosarcoma is a malignant intra-osseous neoplasm producing osteoid. of the skull very rare and it usually involves cranial vault. The occurrence in base extremely rare. We report case primary osteosarcoma 59-year-old lady, occur left sphenoid wing with intracranial intranasal extension manifesting as facial pain, headache epistaxis. She underwent radiotherapy surgical resection tumour not feasible due to critical extent tumour. describe clinical, radiological histopathological findings case.
